Let The Transformation Process Begin!

Character & Integrity Building-No Excuses is a course designed and presented by myself, a lifelong New Yorker who grew up in Brooklyn, NY.  I am a product of the New York City Public School system and as a Black man, I can attest to the fact that despite large class sizes and students who are not all from the same socio economic background, that ALL of our children can learn and succeed.

I firmly believe in providing young people with a real time, no nonsense, interactive approach to bettering their life by preparing them to address actual life situations before they can become life altering incidents.  By incorporating into my presentations, life experiences, topical discussions, historical perspectives and thought provoking role plays, I am able to create meaningful change in the lives of our young people. Through this course, I will begin the transformation process of improving a young person’s character and integrity while also demonstrating the importance of protecting their name and reputation - not only for today, but for the rest of their lives. My goal is to provide a young person with a blueprint for real and lasting success in life. Ultimately, after taking this course, a young person will come away with an enhanced ability and consciousness to make informed, positive and goal oriented decisions. 

You may ask, "Why No Excuses?”. I have found that most people, including myself, instead of accepting personal responsibility for our failures, would rather make “excuses” for not accomplishing our goals. It became clear to me through my own personal experience, that if  a person  removes  the ever ready  “excuses” mindset from his or her life that  they will become more empowered to  achieve whatever task or goal  they seek to attain.
